What you will need to bring to your drop off with your tax prep paperwork:
* Original Photo ID for taxpayer and spouse
* Original Social Security Card or ITIN for each person on tax return (Copies accepted)* W-2 or 1099-NEC for all jobs held
*All 1098’s, 1099’s, 1095-A,B,C & all other tax forms* Checking or savings account information including routing & account numbers for direct deposit refunds* Last year’s tax return (2022)
* Information about any childcare provider(s)
Come into the office to pick up your TAX PREP PACKAGE at River to Coast Children's Services located at 16300 First Street (on the corner of First and Church Streets) in downtown Guerneville. When you have completed the forms, bring them back to RCCS, along with the required documents, for drop off.
